Clearer dashboard error for device time mismatches

Added a more helpful dashboard message when access is blocked because a user's device clock is out of sync, so admins can identify and fix time-related 403 errors more easily.

Automated emails for course, path, and certificate milestones

Added email notifications for course and learning path enrollment, completion, certificate issuance, and certificate expiry. These emails can include details such as lesson or course lists, scores, contributions, issue dates, and expiry dates where relevant.

Workflow emails now count toward email quota

Updated email quota tracking so workflow-generated emails are included in quota usage, giving admins a more accurate view of email consumption.

Salesforce sync for onboarding question data

Improved the Salesforce integration to support bi-directional syncing for onboarding question data.

Course tags and tag-based filtering

Admins can now assign community tags to courses and edit them later. Tags are also shown on course detail pages, and learners can filter the course list by selected tags.

Board archiving and safer board management

Community admins can now archive boards once their posts have been removed, instead of relying only on deletion. Archived boards are hidden from live board areas and URLs, clearly labeled in admin post/comment lists and exports, removed from featured placements, and safeguards prevent deleting the last remaining board in a community.
