Forms can now be shared by public URL or QR code and completed without a Gradual account, making it easier to run surveys, collect event feedback, and gather input from external audiences.
Workflow usage is now tracked against plan-based action limits. Admins can see usage on the workflow list, receive warning emails at 80% and 90%, and new workflow runs are blocked once the limit is reached while already-started runs finish normally.
Copying an event no longer creates extra duplicate registration forms. Agenda-item surveys are now copied to the new event as well, including their questions, settings, status, and agenda associations, while generating new survey links and QR codes and leaving responses behind.
Video links shared in questions, conversations, and replies can now be played inline, so members can watch without leaving the discussion.
After a user account is deleted, that email address is released for reuse. The same email can now be used for a new registration or assigned to another existing member within the same community.
