At Gradual, we support SSO integrations using OAuth 2.0 (including OpenID Connect / OIDC), and SAML 2.0 protocols. SSO can be configured for both community-side (member login) and dashboard-side (admin login) authentication.

To ensure a seamless integration, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Share Your Identity Provider Details

Please provide us with the SSO protocol you intend to use and the associated metadata. Below are the details we need for each protocol.

For OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect (OIDC)

The easiest option is to share your OpenID Discovery Document URL (https://[your-provider.com]/…/.well-known/openid-configuration)

If the discovery document is not available, please provide:

• Authorization endpoint URL
• Token endpoint URL
• User profile endpoint URL (optional for OIDC)
• Client ID
• Client secret
• Scope

For SAML 2.0

The easiest option is to share your IdP metadata XML file.

Alternatively, please provide the following:

• Single Sign-On Service URL (IdP Login URL)
• IdP Entity ID
• Identity Provider Certificate (X.509)
• Supported NameID Format
